The concept is great but the quality is a zero. I am on my second trainer the first didn’t hold air so they sent a replacement but less than a year this too is not holding air. Customer service said it is past warranty for a replacement. Extremely disappointed in this product and I would say to anyone thinking about spending 99.99 …DON’T. It is junk.

Horrible Customer Service, I have been waiting since 8/29/2023 for the 6 that I ordered. They sent me one, I had to reach out and ask where the remaining 5 were. Sent me one more, and I am still awaiting on four, 6 weeks later.

Good concept. My unit sprung 2 leaks in 3 months along seams. Very difficult to try and patch. This thing is a waste of money because it doesn't last

My first one leaked and they sent me a new one. The replacement one has not leaked and the patches do not hold up. It has been a week and the company has not responded to my email. DO NOT BUY

Really enjoyed the piece until it started leaking air. I call and they sent patches which were not going to hold up and didn’t hold up. They won’t fix or replace the product that was so nice to use….enjoyed while it worked but seeing how they responded tells me they wanted and expected it to fail and consumers will pay more😳
