I really love this place. It’s really good for the kids.
It is NOT the place for senior citizens. It's very difficult to receive any kind of packages from Fed Ex, Amazon, U.P.S. or any medical deliveries because the building is always locked. There is no one in the office of the lobby if any of them need assistance or to drop off their monthly rent. The main rental office is located far around the corner and if you don't have a car, then it's a big inconvenience. The building looks clean but it does have an odor in some of the hallways and the carpets are filthy.
The gates are never ever CLOSE always open, homeless people are always digging in the trash, maintenance request seem like they sometimes go unanswered, cars with flat tires take up space, apartments are allowed two parking space once apartment has at least 5 cars, ever since the leasing staff changed nobody seems to care and they rarely answer the phone or return phone calls.
