AEROTEK IS UNETHICAL – I went to Aerotek in Denver to apply for a job several weeks ago. The Aerotek recruiter said I would be perfect for the job opening and sent me to an interview where upon completion of the interview the HR person said I was "hired." Aerotek had me come in to complete the paperwork for the job and then said I would start on a specific date and the recruiter wold call me back with the time to report and where. Aerotek is Bizarre to Say the Least! – I went to Aerotek for an appointment. The recruiter, A Mrs. Norrins, made me wait over an hour for her. During the brief interview she stated she needed to get "some paper" for me. She left and I waited over 30 minutes for her to return. When she returned she had no paper for me. I wonder what she was doing during those 30 minutes. Not the best – I have worked for many temp agencies in the past and this one is not the best . The staff turns over so quickly that you don't know who you are going to be working with from one week to the next. (What does that tell you?) The staff that is there is inexperienced and doesn't know what to do. The paperwork is mind boggling and mine was constantly being lost. They will make you jump through hoops, tell you that you have a job and then the job won't start or it will be completely different than the position they ... read more
Beware – They will sure get you a job, but it doesn't mean they are being truthful while they do. They will promise you the world and little things change over the course of time until before you know it you are sent working a job you don't want with hours and salary that are not what you agreed upon. No one is ever available when you call, you really only get to play phone tag with your agent.
