I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. I called to request information regarding a potential AOG purchase, but the representative who answered the call was dismissive and did not allow me to fully explain my inquiry. Instead, I was abruptly instructed to send an email, and the call was ended without any effort to assist or guide me further.
