It took some time and several reschedules .... but the experience was worth the wait ... I would recommend Aerostat to my friends. ..
This company is illegally charging "administration fees" to gift certificates. Requiring we pay an additional $100 to fly with a gift certificate that was paid in total. This is illegal, in the state of Florida a gift certificate cannot expire and you cannot charge an additional administrative fee to use it. Check out statue 512. It is very clear. Tried to post on Facebook feed, but company removed my post. Buyer beware!

Leighann, sorry that you are upset about our policies. You are correct about gift certificate purchases. However, what you have is not a gift certificate but an actual ticket for a hot air balloon flight, which is something completely different! Your flight ticket was purchased during a promotion that we had in 2014 and those tickets had restrictions and an expiration date. We flew with captain Dave and Glen this morning to celebrate Leanne's birthday and WOW doesn't really sum it up. Clear sky's and a light breeze really awesome time was had.
