Over the past few years, I had weekly opportunities to work with the Aeromotors team. They run a tight ship and get the job done. We find they are priced well within industry norms. When I call I get a live person, usually Teresa, and I'm able to get an answer regarding any question I have or she gets an answer quickly. I deal with a lot of shops for my job and Aeromotors is one I can definitely count on!
Ok, so I UPS'd my Cessna flap motor to these folks on 8/21/24 with a check ($550) and a return UPS label. I finally received it back on 10/15/24, almost two months. I called several times, rude woman answers the phone each time and tells me she can't find the order in the computer (very short with me no matter how polite I am, obviously hates her job) under my name, business name, or part number. Excellent Service Overall! Rapidly I.D'd and overhauled my Weldon fuel boost pump for a fraction of the price of other repair shops (and MUCH cheaper than new). Back in my hands super quick. Ask for Sam. She's professional, knowledgeable and makes the process pain free. If you're not using Aeromotors, you're doing it wrong.
