Called and spoke to tech support for a while. They were nothing but kind and helpful. They didn’t solve my problem but they helped me rule out fuel pressure regulator issues.
Try to call customer service they say they're open from 8:00 to 5:00 it's 9:30 and nobody answers the phone just get a voicemail that says we'll call you back whenever we get it so God knows when that'll be
Absolute best customer service you can ask for. Friendly, knowledgeable and selfless staff. Can't say enough positive things about them.
I have not been pleased with them . I called and ordered a part over a month ago the sales person said the parts were waiting to clear customs. Been no calls back or contacts even though I have reached out to them since looking for my parts, from my research customs takes about 24 hours to clear so I’m not believing this story any more and it does not explain them not answering the phones or returning my calls , especially considering I have already paid over 400 dollars for something I have not received yet
