Wow! In forty years of flying and dealing with flight surgeons and AMEs, Dr Kersbergen is the only one that I feel genuinely cares about my well being vice a rubber stamp. She was engaged throughout my concerns, ensuring that all my questions were answered and problems addressed. She gave the recipe to cover all the FAA requirements and throughly reviewed each before submitting. She went above and beyond to provide the necessary documentation for my medical. This is the model for all AMEs to follow.

I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and the entire process was fast, efficient, and very professional. RN Noela and DR. Kersbergen made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time, which I really appreciated. Everything was well organized and respectful of my time.
