Best fitness yoga studio in Redland. All levels are welcome. Katie will challenge you but also she is very gentle. If you have any soreness on your joints let her know and she will be gentle.
If you are new to the practice/working out or advance, Katie lays out a solid class. Enjoyable and Rewarding!
