Buyer beware!! JUST DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Their website says 7-10 business day turn around but they are lying and they will give you some lie about them being “understaffed” I waited a whole month and a half just to get my pieces that don’t even match the website. Bogus company and bogus products! Trash if you ask me and I will NEVER buy from this place again! Good luck with customer service and complaints and returns because they don’t do that at all!! Lies lies lies!!
There ok had a few issues but it turned out ok
Just got off the phone with someone that said he was the manager. Very upset not only with the customer service but because they are selling a product that they know is defective and unsafe. The “manager” just told me that they have customers that drive a mile down the street and the product breaks. The safety ramifications of this is very scary. I will be calling the attorney general.
