I was away on vacation in FL when my tenants in Taylor told me their heat wasn't working on a hot Sunday morning. I didn't know how I was going to take care of it from so far away, but I remembered my realtor had recommended Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating in Austin. My call was returned quickly, and they had no problem heading out for repairs that same day. Excellent service and good prices, too.

When my HVAC system stopped working in the middle of a Texas heatwave, I knew I was in over my head. Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating Plumbing made sure I was able to safely shut the unit down until they arrived. They arrived at the beginning of the two-hour window and had everything needed to fix the problem. Thank you all!

I’ve hired Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating twice now to install and maintain my heating and cooling unit. The prices here are more than fair, and the level of service is extremely professional. Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating is incredible. I had someone come out to our residence to help troubleshoot a noisy and malfunctioning HVAC system. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem almost immediately. Overall, the price was very reasonable, and the issue was fixed in a timely manner.

I own a rental property in Austin, and the tenants called to tell me the HVAC system stopped working. That’s when the panic set in. I called my usual HVAC technician, but he didn't have anyone who could help. I looked at reviews online to try to find a business that had good reviews and, most importantly, could come quickly. I called Aerock Air Conditioning and Heating, and they were able to come out later that afternoon. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company!
