From the moment we made the call our contact Alex walked us through every step of the transport. He was always available. We were dealing with flying into bad weather and the pilots ensured our safety through it all. The medical crew managed my fathers significant pain and complications and advocated for him at the medical facility when we landed. They made a difficult situation manageable. I am forever grateful!
