Do not associate with this company. I have never contacted them before in my life and they have literally been cold calling me for years now. I am not Bettie! And I’m sure if she wanted what you were selling she would have contacted you years ago. If this is how they treat people who aren’t even customers, imagine how they’re going to treat your loved ones. Look elsewhere.
Terrible customer service! Never return phone calls. Bounce you from one department to another and no one seems to know what's going on. Very frustrating to deal with.
This is the worst company to use. They have basically been holding my mother hostage by not sending filled tanks. The last rep delivered empty tanks and now she's getting the run around. Their customer service is full of lies, rude to their customers and unreliable equipment.
