Stay AWAY! Crooks! Thieves! Liars! I recently got a device from this establishment and I was told a monthly price. The lady even wrote it down on my paperwork. Then these crooks without even notice tried to raise the monthly price $65! No notice at all. Thankfully my card had been replaced so they couldn’t steal my money. The staff were very helpful. Holly went out of her way to help me with my Cpap machine. I would highly recommend these people to everyone.
Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. They call you continuously. But try to call them. Crappy music and in hold forever.
CALLED TO HAVE OXYGEN SUPPLIES SWITCHED TO AEROCARE FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY DUE TO OTHER COMPANY WOULDNT DELIVERY SUPPLIES (WE HAD TO GO CHANGE OUT PORTABLE TANKS ANYTIME WE NEEDED THEM) AND WAITING 4+WEEKS TO GET A PORTABLE CONCENTRATOR AND STILL HADNT RECIEVED. AEROCARE WAS AMAZING, THEY GOT EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED AND APPROVED AND ALL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES DELIVERED IN LESS THAT 12HOURS!
Worse company ever. If I could give zero stars I would. They change your credit card without your permission after you ask repeatedly to take said card off file. You have to fight tooth and nail to get oxygen hoses. I am having trouble with my bottle refilling machine it’s the weekend. They lady flat out told me as long as I have oxygen I don’t need to go anywhere. I am 38 years old I refuse to be stuck at home. Shame of them to taking advantage of disable people needing oxygen.
