Wife was cleared to check out Decatur Morgan Hospital around 2pm on Jan. 30. Just had to wait for her portable oxygen machine. At 4:40pm, got a call from Aerocare. Said it's on the way. We're still sitting here at 9:48pm. Finding it hard not to get escorted from the premises
The online site says they are open from 8-5. The sign outside the door says 9-4. And they are closed from 12-1:00 for lunch.
Extremely friendly and thorough whenever I’ve been in, think most of the negative reviews are by people that don’t know what they’re doing. Only thing I did notice is online it says they open at 8am, but the actual office shows 9am.
This company isn't worth dealing with. They are not helpful at all and some I've talked with are even rude. My CPAP machine has been recalled and they won't help me get one I can use. Plus, they have messed up my Medicare Part B deductible by holding all paperwork for the time being because of the recall. I recommend you find another supplier. I certainly will.
I got my sleeping machine in January 2021. I was told that the tubing and mask would be changed every three months. I changed my mask a few days next. In March I was told that they would check with me in April to reorder. I never heard from the company. I contacted them in May to see about the reorder and was told it would come. Then I got a call to verify my order, but never received the equipment. I am going on 7 months and I have received another call today about the reorder and said that they will send out.
