I’ve now dealt with 2 offices of this company - both are terrible and do not exhibit positive attributes regarding patient care. They’ll take your money I’m sure but that’s about it. What’s worse is moving from Chicago I had a great DME supplier; supplies always on time, an EMPLOYEE OWNED company where the people who work their care. Areoplus is bad bad bad bad bad news.

The worst company ever billing you for supplies you don’t get. Billing for things you don’t have. They can’t tell you any information about another company’s insurance as you leave one job so you can see if it’s covered by there insurance so you don’t have to turn in the CPAP machine but I said screw it I’ll come drop everything off and just sleep 3-4 hours a night like I did before I did just fine. I think they are swindlers and you wait on hold forever trying to talk to someone

The staff at St Pete CPAP is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Very bad Business. Runs on automatic. No real people behind it, all they care for is to get pay.
