Sincerely it is a good product but with a company/service – Hope they have a good patent that is not expiring soon – Really snubs customer service on the aeropress subject – IF they will “allow one to buy”. Again Good Product - It reminds me to the Keurig k cups once popular – their customer service deteriorated.-
