If I could give 0 stars I would. They came 3 hours before schedule and refused to answer multiple texts and phone calls. When we arrived at our home it was evident that they hadnt even removed the lid of our septic to look at both side and clean. Terrible communication and poor work. They did not clean out either cell. We had no choice but to call another company to do the job properly. Do not use this company if you actually want the job done.
