(Update: they called me and we talked. It was good. There's a lot of things going on they are managing and all will be well again soon. I moved the review up a few stars for the quick response. I have enough experience with the place to know it can revive and re-emerge triumphantly against its challenges. I am not moving out. And I can be spiteful so that is saying something. First problem were doors. I couldn't open or close it, had to get ofc person every time....old rusty crappy. I finally moved to other locations where I paid for climate control- THAT had insulation gone, rats pooped and pee'd on things. Office claimed NO ONE EVER had this problem or complaint before. B.S. will pursue damage reimbursement.

RAT INFESTED, LEAKING ROOF ONTO ALL MY STUFF, INSULATION FALLING DOWN. IT'S A MESS. I'LL POST PHOTOS TOMORROW. BEEN THIS WAY FOR 3 MONTHS NOW. Update: The new management company is now working with me to mitigate the issues, move me into a non-damaged unit and make other concessions to compensate. I'm encouraged. Will update again when they follow through with their commitments.
