I rented via Aero and Mike. My experience was great, seamless and zero problems moving in and moving out. Cutest little place on Kiernan, in the Garland District. I took the time to google Mike's business because I have a friend who may need his help and he came to my mind, first, because he's good for his word and immediately solves any problems. I'm glad I came here because I'm shocked by the reviews and, frankly, skeptical. Mike's a cool guy who loves airplanes and helping people find safe places to live.

My first solo apartment was through Aero. Mike neglected to let the building owner know I would be staying there on my first night after signing the lease and getting the keys. Early morning first day there I get woken up to a man I don't recognize entering the code (which was already updated to my birthday) to de-activate the alarm. This is only one on a giant list of grievances I had.
