claudia4 I would be curious to know who the contractor friend she hired was? It appears we are having the exact same problem right now!
We are currently renting from this Realtor. We have an option to buy on our home. She hires unlicensed friends to to remodel, and we have had plumbing problems starting 2 weeks after we moved in. If she would have had a licensed contractor in the first place and had it done right none of this would have happened. Now she is taking us to court because the problem still is not fixed and she wants us to move out rather than fix it.
