I have nothing good to say about Julie and the way she does business anymore. I am dealing with legal issues on a house that she had listed. I have to pay for someone else’s lien, plus the price of the house?? mind you, the lien is $8,000! I will make sure you and the title company are held liable for your mistakes.
If I were you I will stay away from this agency in Atlanta Michigan Jim Rose paid the buyer almost $10,000 seller concession without verbally telling me about it and also made me pay for their inspection which the buyer was responsible for.
