Horrible service! God forbid you ask to get propane at a place that sells propane. I thought the lady's head was going to explode. I will never return, suggest you go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle with these people.

The experience was great! The woman over the phone was delightful. The man who had come was probably one of the nicest men I have met. Very courteous and informative. In my book if you are satisfied with customer service and prices are competitive, why go anywhere else?

Curt and gruff is right. I would say downright hateful. I need my tank recertified and they were closing and I didn't realize the tank had to be completely empty. If she could have physically thrown it back in my face I think she would have. You really think I want to come back again for more of that? Driving an extra five miles today to go to a place that appreciates my business and can speak to me in a respectful way. I was literally met with scowls when I got out of my truck.
