I have been told repeatedly that my two orders have shipped. I have been told that they didn't ship. Orders placed by others a week after I placed mine have already been received. They have been intentionally vague when I have asked where my items are. They have even out right lied about them having already shipped. I have ordered from Aero Precision before. Never again. Better service by people you can trust with other companies.

Love aero precision, I’ve been shooting their rifles for years and recently picked up an M4E1. Their upgrades to the “standard” ar15 of today’s market are awesome!

Products and turn around times are excellent HOWEVER their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had a lower receiver shipped to an incorrect FFL by some mistake of the online ordering system even though they managed to receive the email address of the correct FFL. Since it was shipped to an FFL outside of my state of residence, this product will have to be shipped to a different FFL in my state of residence for me to pick up.
