Tony has Always been amazing!
I got 2 emails and 2 texts. Only one had address in Auburn for my apt. It could easily have said - call to verify place if appointment. But I drove to Auburn - on time (50 min from my home). And was told I had no apt. The kind gentleman behind the desk made a call to find my CPAP fit person was in Puyallup. Luckily San could skip her lunch and for me in. (I’m assuming the skip lunch part). Anyway. I was so impressed before my appointment but difficult to give good review when tech support doesn’t talk to scheduling.
Tony at the Lynnwood location was fantastic. Really appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness.
