Took a referral when asked if they are in-network for my insurance. Was quoted around 400.00 plus 40 dollars for the first 10 months for the machine. A month later received a bill for 1200.00 and still have to pay the 40 a month. When I called, "oh you are out of network for your insurance it looks like".
