Took my 2012 Lexus is250c for an oil change and 100,000 mile service and inspection. James gave me terrific service from start to finish. They were able to take the car within an hour of my initial phone call, identified that a coolant flush was needed, and took the car. Within 2 hours they were in contact with 2 other routine maintenance issues and the inspection findings of a broken rear strut.
