I don’t recommend Aero because of a experience I had a with a manager previously . At 6/14/2020 10:30 a short Caucasian girl pink/red hair who said she was the manager was being very disrespectful towards my party . She boasted about how she was the manager and was untouchable , explicit words like B$&$h and C@$T was thrown around towards us . We are perplexed as to why she exploded on us . Very sorry about your experience, however this was not the correct series of events as the manager simply was moving a chair back to its spot and told a woman’s friend “excuse me”, which the woman took the wrong way and came at the manager for doing so. None of these names were called as the only one yelling and making threats was the customer, it is always our priority to de-escalate situations, but nearly impossibly when the other party is yelling at you threatening your job for moving a chair.
