I've Been renting at an Aerial managed property since 2015. I like the response time when it comes to maintenance, issues, or anything.. Amanda (our site mgr) is always quick to make us comfortable by addressing anything that comes up. The maintenance team and contractors have always need respectful of privacy and any household rules ( such as no shoes in our home).. We are always updated consistently with any delays or inspections that need to be done to complete a work order which helps us feel respected by the mgmt. The e... read more
Would like to leave the most humbling review I’ve ever left in my entire life on earth !! Amanda was our manager for around a year and it had been the most amazing experience EVER!!! In that time period she accomplished more then in the entirety I stayed here … so positive in everything she does , and her attentiveness clearly showed she was in it for the passion and not the paycheck !!! She literally became a member of our family
I have lived at this location since 2013. The staff and maintenance guys are excellant. My reason for 4 of 5 stars only reflects on issues with the parking limitations. If you review based only on the staff and there performance easily a 5-5. The new manager made an instant impact on handling and addressing issues that had been not attended to from the previous staff. She comes across as firm and straight to the point, but also very fair.
