My first ever Pilates class and I really enjoyed the experience. Shana is a patient teacher with a hands on approach, but I never felt pushed beyond my comfort zone. I will definitely be signing up for weekly package and can hardly wait to feel my body improvement. I truly felt like I have had a physical therapy session after the Pilates class.
