professional, well equipped, and hard working staff that get the job done efficiently.
Called to schedule a consultation for a tree problem. I was told they can come the next day at 1:30pm. The 1:30pm the next day came and went. Nobody showed up. I called again. They said they dont have any record of my call. Okay. Fine. I scheduled the following day. They said someone will show up after 4pm. 4pm came and went. Same story. Nobody showed up. I called and left a voicemail. Is that how you treat customers ????
Ripped me off really bad. Charged me a few thousand when the job was only worth $600 at best. Go to a softener company unless you have money to pay extra for no reason.

I was going to give this place a Five Star rating. They took down two small trees for me at a good price. I had a giant tree, at least 3 stories tall that got hit by lightening, it was unstable, needed to come down. They came out within the week and took it down in one day. Amazing crew. The tree removal included sanding down the stump, which they did! What they didn't do was remove the GIANT mound of shredded stump or put back my fence as they said they would.
