After my payment was put on hold by PayPal, I was able to work with customer service to resolve this issue and ship my chopper same day. The customer service dept was able to work with me and PayPal to expedite my payment. thanks
Started off okay, but in the end unhappy with the service they provided. Very drawn out and left unsatisfied with questions unanswered. Basically over promised and way under delivered. Much better companies out there. Also they stick their logo on everything! Just received my pelican case with their logo plastered all over the top. Will spend the next few hours trying to remove this somehow.

I've now purchased an Octocopter, two Quadcopters, and a DJI Ronin from Aerial Media pros over the course of a few years and have nothing but great things to say about this company. Customer service is outstanding and you can tell they love what they do because they are excited to help you out, keep you happy and keep you flying. In my particular case, their website said to expect a couple weeks for delivery but the order came early and exceeded expectations. Thanks guys for your great service. Keep up the great work!
