Had my 3rd class today! So far it has been a lot of fun and super low key. No judgement and there is acceptance for all skill levels. Tara is a great teacher and makes sure that she includes skills for each level. A challenge that is worth the effort!
Love the classes. I was scared to try it, but beginners are very welcome and trained in a safe manner to participate in workouts.
Clean facility, very welcoming to everyone! Bungee fit classes are awesome!
I really enjoyed the beginners pole drop in experience! A full hour and I learned 4-5 moves. I definitely had fun. I went by myself and Tara made the class feel comfortable and supported!
