I was called by the clinic to book this appointment with Dr. Angela Maccan, on short notice and told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. I also had to take my son out of school for this visit. Despite that, we were left waiting over 35–40 minutes past our scheduled time with no courtesy call or explanation that Dr. Maccan was running late. Dr. Angela is knowledgeable, patient and cares for the patient. Highly recommended!
My appointment was cancelled and no one contacted from the office. I showed up and they said they had emailed me but I did not receive an email. Most offices will follow up with a phone call at least as I have already had one appointment. I followed up with an email request to reschedule no one ever contacted me again.
he is the worst Dr and the worst human being I have ever seen. Money, Money is the only he cares about.
Not sure what this place is for if they don't treat the public? Medical Nepotism I call it......... If your website says your accepting new patients then how come my referral got rejected? If your truly and allergy center then you should be open for the public and maybe don't advertise yourselves as "immunology and respiratory care to individuals in the Tri-Cities and beyond" beyond what exactly?
