Dr. Maccan was incredible! She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She thoughtfully took the time to answer all of my questions and seemed to genuinely care about my baby’s wellbeing. I highly recommend her and the clinic!
I was called by the clinic to book this appointment with Dr. Angela Maccan, on short notice and told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. I also had to take my son out of school for this visit. Despite that, we were left waiting over 35–40 minutes past our scheduled time with no courtesy call or explanation that Dr. Maccan was running late. Dr. Angela is knowledgeable, patient and cares for the patient. Highly recommended!
My appointment was cancelled and no one contacted from the office. I showed up and they said they had emailed me but I did not receive an email. Most offices will follow up with a phone call at least as I have already had one appointment. I followed up with an email request to reschedule no one ever contacted me again.
