Extremely sketchy. We got a defective unit from them and had to send it back. Accidentally sent the oem unit which they kept knowing we returned it as defective. They never contacted us back to let us know. They saw the return said defective and knew it was not theirs. Instead of reaching out they kept the unit and charged us full price. We have since reached out to our local supplier to make sure they do not sublet out any more work to them. incredibly sketchy company with near-illegal labor practices. management is a joke.
Is there any quality control? Apparently not!!! You are correct to not have any transactions with my name. I run a Service Department. I had a customer's vehicle sitting here waiting for over 6 weeks. When the part finally returned, it wasn't fixed. It had nothing done to it, yet you billed me. Awesome!
