Amazing! – Great value, wonderful staff. A very holistic approach to the individual. Calming environment. I received a facial and it included a foot wash/massage, my choice of ingredients & scents for my facial and a mini-massage/scalp massage. I highly recommend it! And thanks to Melanie who did a great job!
Best Birthday Ever – I live in California, but was recently in Oregon to walk in the Columbia Gorge Marathon and visit with my dear friends Kathleen and David. great atmopshere but $$$ – I went here with my bridal party for a pre-wedding get away; the enviroment was totally relaxing, my facial was OK but think next time I will for sure go for a massage instead! I would go back just for the enviroment; its amazing!
Centered & Grounded for my Birthday! – Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday is such grand fashion! After my treatment, I smiled and floated through my weekend, truly centered & grounded. So, so incredible – Aequis spa is everything they said and more! I wanted to buy the robe, I wanted to buy the shoes! Teri Miller – My husband bought me a gift of the Dakini "Sky Walking" Treatment for Valentines day. I have never in my life experienced such a tactile and sensory experience as this one performed by Lisa. The ambience of the Aequis transported me out of the city the minute I walked through the door. I felt like a princess for the next 24 hours!!! I will be back!!! If I have to use grocery money, I will be back!!! Thanks!!!!
Loved my experienence – I used Aequis to get engaged and can tell you that this place is ane "experience". I was truely in the right spot. It felt as though I was in a different world. The place is secuded. and tucked away in a nondescript building in the Pearl. This made me feel good about using the spa. I am not the typical "spa" guy but the location and really unbelivable atmosphere made my once and a lifetime experience truely once in a lifetime
The Majority Rules – As a longtime fan of the impressive Aequis Spa, I have to think the review from "qualityseeker14" is either fake (a jealous competetor?) or the person is from another planet. I hope people will look at the overwhelming number of glowing reviews and know that there's something fishy with giving Aequis anything but a high rating. There's one thing undisputible about Aequis, the customer's comfort and preferences are always first. They treat every person like royalty.
NOTHING SPECIAL HERE – I went to Aequis based on the Citysearch reviews that were so glowing and high. Well, for the money spent, it was just nothing really special. Maybe I am spoiled, but the atmosphere seemed really forced and .....not real. The facial was ok, but I have had better in Portland, and the massage was average as well. So much for "you get what you pay for". I paid through the nose, and it was nothing special at all.
