I called because BKV Energy said they had received sent over our home’s paperwork to get the power turned on. When I called AEP, a nice lady told me that there was no paperwork yet and that they would contact BKV directly. This was at 6:15pm and I asked when I should call back to double check all was good, they said 1.5hrs. I also asked what time they closed, I was told 10pm. Constantly have outages. But won’t credit that bill. You pay for service that is constantly interrupted.

My light bill has been steadily going up since February and after paying an almost 800 bill I am rudely dismissed about my concerns of the meter misreading or a power issues then when someone came out after 4th call he was rude and even dismissive to my landlord. Currently AEP charge is more than my actual light company but they can't hire more reasonable people or even put effort to helping out someone who's bill was not only unreasonably high but also unpayable with social security! Do better AEP do better!
