Constantly have outages. But won’t credit that bill. You pay for service that is constantly interrupted.

My light bill has been steadily going up since February and after paying an almost 800 bill I am rudely dismissed about my concerns of the meter misreading or a power issues then when someone came out after 4th call he was rude and even dismissive to my landlord. Currently AEP charge is more than my actual light company but they can't hire more reasonable people or even put effort to helping out someone who's bill was not only unreasonably high but also unpayable with social security! Do better AEP do better!

I called them for a customer of mine last night (first time customer) about a limb on a palm tree that was touching the hotline and burning and they responded immediately and called me as soon as they got there and immediately took care of the issue! Thank you AEP y'all showed y'all care about our community! I will be telling my world thank you and wish I had got the Electrician's name that came I didn't but tell him I said thank you and that he is a BEAST! 🤙

I have been waiting for new installation. This process has been horrible. It was started March 3rd for pole placement and marking. That took 2 almost 3 weeks. I have ordered meter installation and hook up and asked for March 24th. I was emailed and told it would be April the 6th. That's 2weeks. Mined you it is supposed to be a 6 day window. It's March 31st. And no meter or electricity yet! VERY FRUSTRATING!! I can't move into my house yet.
