Ive lived in ingleaide for 3 months. For 3 months I (and the whole town of Ingleside and Aransas) have experienced nothing but electricity outages, power flipping on and off all day long. Get your head in the game AEP. You suck
They’ve cut down trees in our back yard and are leaving them there for us to dispose of!! Bulky trash doesn’t pick up for 3 more months. It’ll be $82 for a special pick up and I’ll have to hire people to get it to the curb. These people are worse than Oncor.
Poor quality service On hold for 20 min, still no answer
Erratic service via AEP maintained lines, ruined food in my ASP-warmed refrigerator has to be replaced weekly and hot nights are the norm due to AEP engendered weekly power outages. Irresponsible and non-responsive to elderly customers.
