My lights were flickering several times a day, called in and Kevin the person following up determined my transformer and wire needed to be replaced replaced. 1-1/2 hours later everything was replaced and have not had any problems since.👍
Most unreliable power company I have ever been a customer too. I guess if yoy are the monopoly you dony care about the customer
Do not call this place, the AI customer service was the worst thing iv ever experienced when trying to call to setup an account
They will let you sit in your house all night long with no power. They will act like a small rain knocked out all the power well enough for it to be out at least 12hours. They don’t care if you are sick or have kids. They will turn their lights back on and go back home to sleep and deal with everything else later. It’s Ridiculous and wrong.
As a business owner AEP is absolutely the worst power provider i have ever experienced if you have the opportunity to switch i would definitely recommend it. They will cost you more than a electric bill.
