I always shop around for power providers each spring and always land with AEP. They are not always the lowest rate per kw/h. But they have Great Service, and very knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. You know the old saying, you get what you paid for. Worth every penny. Peace of mind is priceless. Thank you.
Monopoly that makes their residential customers pay for govt subsidized corporate data centers. Shitty website. Get solar ASAP.
AEP energy sent me a debt collection letter on money that they actually owed me after I decided to end my contract with them after five years. Someone in their company can’t do first grade math. If you have solar energy on your property I highly encourage you to steer clear of AEP energy as they are a completely incompetent company.
Never had a negative experience as my energy supplier. Competitive prices with varied term lengths and I like the Reward dollars to purchase kits in their Rewards store.
I really enjoy working with AEP!
