If I could rate them no stars I would terrible customer service and refuse to transfer to someone that can help instead they read from a script and sound like robots
Riddled with corruption. CEO makes way too much while families struggle to pay the bill. Im fed up. Dont think i will be able to afford heating my house this winter. Still paying off last years bill. Wish i could give 0 stars
They are not saving me money at all and have actually caused my bill to almost double.
For now they get 4 stars because it was super easy to switch to them, they have low rates and longer contracts than 3 months. I'll come back in a couple months and upgrade my review, after a couple bills. 😁
Yall do not care about people’s health when there is a power outage in this heat. I am prone to heat strokes and I can not afford to go to a hospital nor hotel when this happens. Do better
