My lights has been out since the first day of the on Thursday night and I am still without electricity!!!! They lied on phone and said they were reaching out to dispatch just to get me off the phone and then they sent a message and lied to say that my electricity would be restored at 11:00pm and it is not!!! I have tried to check on when power will return. But your web site is horrible. Just keeps circling, won't let me enter user name or change password. Tickedoff!!
I don’t appreciate your crew coming out here and destroying my trees that werent anywhere near the power lines they’re being loud yelling and I have too sleep for work they attempted to park in our driveway blocking our vehicles in they didn’t even attempt to ask permission to park in our driveway this is absolutely ridiculous

Signed up for a form of home warranty to cover the exterior water lines through Indiana Michigan power with Homeserve. In April 2025 the power company decided to stop paying Homeserve even though they were charging me still through my electric bill. As a result my policy canceled in Oct. I was refunded by the power company in Jan of 2026 and that is how I found out. Neither Indiana Michigan Power nor Homeserve can give me a reasonable explanation or apology.
