This company pay no respect to Canadian labour law, they don't pay you over time if you work more than 40 hours they pay you cash instead they call this win win situation, in fact they don't even want to pay you minimum wages they pay you per product you produce for them instead of paying you hourly they call this independent contractor! I normally don't leave reviews but felt it is necessary for this company. I have now used the cabinets supplied by aeon Canada for 2 kitchens and currently am working on a third with them. Their ability to communicate back and forth with me on kitchen design is second to none. I have had to wait days for a single reply with other suppliers where in this case I would recieve a response to my email(s) within minutes.
