Has gone downhill over the past few months with new management, would recommend avoiding for now.
I lived here for a year in 2022. Fire alarms were beeping for 3 units on my floor for months. Nobody cared. I didn't renew because of it.
Amenities are always broken. There are no rules and regulations for public safety on the pool deck. There are sometime broken glass by the pool deck, multiple copies of FOBs that don't belong to residents, and kid's toys being flown by the strong gusts of wind causing injury and harm to tenants/residents. Other building have strict guidelines of toys and items left unattended by the pool deck because of the strong winds that occur - but Ae'o does not any strict policies and these have caused injuries harm to others.
Front desk is so rude and unprofessional.
