This review is based on my experience with this office and Dr. Aelita Khachatrian. I made an appointment two months ago at the Mission Hills location and have been calling 2-3 times a week to see if anything opens sooner. Unfortunately, nothing did. But the reason I’m writing this review and giving it one star is because I received a call today and was told the doctor would not be there the day of my appointment, which is in two days. that day, and there would be no openings until the end of October. She’s my favorite doctor. She actually listens and lets me tell her everything I need to without rushing me. She cares and she’s always trying to keep up on her knowledge unlike a lot of doctors. I trust her more than all my doctors.
I was in to see the Rheumatologist Dr. Khachatrian for symptoms I’ve had for over 8 years and let me just say she went above and beyond going over my labs with me and ordering more labs to discuss possibility’s of why I feel the way I do. I would also like to thank medical assistant Yesenia who was super helpful and sweet. She didn’t rush to take my vitals and was patient as I talked about my concerns.
