Worked for this guy Andrew, he once tried to run a vent for a fan with dryer duct instead of fire rated PVC. He broke tile in a bathroom one time because he didn't use water on his grinder, (common knowledge if you've ever cut stone, tile, or block) He also did patch work on a large deck and reused reused rotting posts that needed to be replaced. Guy is a clown. He can do drywall and mud pretty well but I wouldn't call him for ANYTHING ELSE. he loves to say "it is what it is" after his mistakes.
