Anthony was very aggressive and rude. He’s never worked the 12 steps.
This place is so trash there so out of order can't even let there people know there not gonna be open they put you in situations where your in crunch time they act like they care about you getting sober but your really on your own counseling is the only beneifital thing from here if your deciding on getting sober this is not the place to go either Pasadena because they have no hassle just not El monte location from desk are rude I can go on for days why tho just 1 star seem appropriate
This place is a miracle if you really want it currently in recovery feeling free n better than ever I recommend this location if you're ready to change your life n not worry anymore 🙏
terrible experience with the El Monte facility especially the councilors are great however most of the staff is very rude and don’t tell you how the program works or how to get or see a patient handbook to learn the rules over all they made me have the worst withdrawal of my life, didn’t allow me to go on vacation with my family, and have a staff that is less than favorable
I have been on MMT for several years (mainly do to me being stubborn and still using despite literally not feeling a thing). I can thankfully say that today I am 5.5 years clean, and I have tapered down ~50% of my original peak dose. The doctors, front desk staff, nurses, and manager(s) are very nice, and understanding. The service provided at this Aegis Treatment Centers location by their amazing staff is excellent, and I am thankful everyday for the work they do, and continue to do.
