I would not recommend this company whatsoever. Prices are not very competitive - especially with the alarm monitoring. Also, we moved into a house and this company had been monitoring our system. We wanted to change vendors and since it was “against their policy” to do this remotely, they wanted $155 to come out and do this. Talking to our new alarm company they were very surprised because most companies (big companies and local shops) can default your system remotely or walk you through it on the phone.
