The quality of care at Aegis is amazing! Super clean and the staff goes out of their way to make sure that all of our needs are taken care of. They have a lot of activities and enrichment activities to pick from. The food is top notch.
What really stands out is how Olivia Viramontes truly cares about the residents. She listened carefully to my needs, answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and made the whole visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to find someone who combines such outstanding service with a fantastic attitude like this. I will definitely be returning!
My wife and I recently completed a month long respite stay at Aegis Living in Ventura. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. What stood out most for us was the caring staff. Everyone (management, med techs, dining room servers, cleaners and activity leaders) were all professional, friendly and helpful in any way possible.
