What really stands out is how Olivia Viramontes truly cares about the residents. She listened carefully to my needs, answered all my questions with patience and enthusiasm, and made the whole visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to find someone who combines such outstanding service with a fantastic attitude like this. I will definitely be returning!
My wife and I recently completed a month long respite stay at Aegis Living in Ventura. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. What stood out most for us was the caring staff. Everyone (management, med techs, dining room servers, cleaners and activity leaders) were all professional, friendly and helpful in any way possible. One of my family members were here and one of the young ladies of the staff were very rude and neglective towards my grandmother. Wouldn’t even give a one star :(

This is a lovely facility- like a hotel and an apartment building. It's very "homey" without being too fancy. The staff are very caring and attentive. The food is delicious. I have visited there many times and the residents are happy and enjoying living here.
