If I could give 10 0 stars I would. They they held my furniture hostage unless I took down a bad review. I was charged one price by Allegiance Van Lines and then brokered off to Aegis. After Aegis had loaded the van I was informed it would cost $5000+ more, which I agreed to because I did have a lot of furniture. However, Aegis was the worse, they didn't come with anything to wrap or protect the furniture except blankets. They didn't even bring TV boxes. If I could I would leave this company less than 1 star. Everything started out good. They showed up when they were supposed to and delivered half of our stuff on time. We had to pay in full before first delivery but was told second delivery was only a few days out. 5 1/2 months later and we are still waiting on the rest of our stuff. I've left multiple messages and text for months now and no response from Frank. It wouldn't be as bad if their was communication but no response is unprofessional. LOST ITEMS, AND THREATS OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES. We did not choose to do business with Aegis and would not have, but unfortunately our move was subcontracted out to them by the company we contracted with, which was Allegiance Van Lines. Read the other reviews for Aegis. Aegis never contacted us or returned calls unless they wanted more money.
