Lee Goodwyn is the best! What a great realtor who was able to help us sell our property while we both live out of state. She was reassuring, confident and professional. She also did a lot of hand holding by communicating reassurance which I really needed. She made appts (while overseeing the work) w contractors she knew to be reliable.
